Treatment Modalities
Treatment is delivered by licensed and trained staff through a combination of individual, group, and family-based interventions, grounded in evidence-based practices.
Modalities include:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): To identify and modify maladaptive thought patterns contributing to depression, anxiety, and substance use.

- Trauma-Informed Care: To ensure safety, empowerment, and trust for individuals with trauma.
